Ive a set of mach 5 single beadlocks, the old type, ive tried using tubes, but pulled valve stems out, so im going back to using them tubless, in the past ive used mastic with not very good results, anyone know of a rubber type gasket that can be used? Im, sure ive seen them around. thanks

Or a McNamara, if you can get an original one, think tjm? Bought the rights to build em from Jack, belive build quality is not the same, tho can't confirm that

I'm on the look out for a replacement set of radius arms and came across this company that only seem to sell on the bay, are they any good? As the blurb has them as the 'strongest on the market' ! Or they like them spidery type ones that were on the bay a while ago? Thanks

Post this here instead of the defender forum, even though its a defender question, but, quite a while ago i bought a set of J E Engineering manifold studs spacers etc for a Td5 defender, finally got round to thinking i ought to fit em, ive only just noticed that the spacers have a taper, so question, when you fit the spacer does the thin end go against the manifold and the wider end take the nut? or vice versa? ive pm'd J E and tried to ring em but it was after 1700 so i recon they have finished to monday, and being as i was going to fit em this weekend, might not matter which way round they go. thanks

yep bout right, you take a warped manifold, skim it be ok, belt and brace it with a set of the wurth or JE or IRB studs/nuts problem solved

Can you get a inner tube for a 35x12.5x15 tyre With a 11.5 mm valve stem? As I don't really want to drill out the valve hole on the rim. I've asked around and been told no, so thought I would ask here before I give up. Thanks

Horses for courses, all boils down to what you want you rims and tyres to do for you, if its a comp truck i know guys that spend over 300 quid per rim, 30 quid for a mod is ok if it does what you want it to do

Don't know if there is, but worth giving them a ring, ive bought tyres and rims from them before and was happy with the service i got from them, belive they sell on eblag as well, and there nothing to do with me by the way, just bought some tyres from them

Belive the Challenger ones are under a 100 quid, look like the new style of mach 5's think its 4x4 tyres that are selling them, i belive they advertise in one of the landy comics, size if i remember is only in 7x16 flavor.

Well the stub axle ive just taken off my rear axle looks the same as FTC3154 (G) as far as im aware its a 2004 axle on a defender 90

Am i right in thinking front and rear stub axles on td5 defenders are the same? Only seen some stub axles for sale as genuine land rover part (front) and im sure i read that they were the same? thanks

Thanks Mick, ordered a set this afternoon, and after talking with the guy, the size he came up with was around the same as yours, 15 and 16 aize tyre come out the same. thanks

Just ordered some from him, Greg is they guy to talk to, if you order from the site direct or over the phone works out about £70 less than ordering from ebay. Mick dont know if he will split a set of 4 though.

Prob been asked before, but here goes, does anyone know what hight the 35inch creepys come out at? Also do the 16 inch and 15 inch rim size come out the same hight or are the 15inch taller? thanks
