Fault code it will bring up is probs p1590 mine has had the problem for a while now but dont really want to pay £200+ for a hub ( i need two ) I used a snap-on fault diagnostic system i it wouldnt read the ecus under landrover setting so had to use the eobd setting and it wont clear the lights. Took it to a local dealer with testbook and came up that i need two new front hubs and shuttle valve was sticking. They cleared the faults and with in a mile of driving they were back. Dont you just love landrover and there daft hub ideas!

I am rebuilding the front axle on my 200tdi but unsure what i can upgrade my brakes to, i need new calipers so can pritty much do what eva.

Nice one si neva really thort of a three link rear set up. So many ideas just dont know what to go with!

So what would get more travel the qt one or 4 linking using johnny joints. think out of easyness i might just go with the qt one and try come up with some sort ov protective cover.

Looking into different ball joints and have looking at the X-eng joint:- http://www.x-eng.co.uk/X-Ball.asp And the QT rose joint one http://www.qtservices.co.uk/product.asp?id=2984 What one would you think would be best for travel, My worrys about the qt one it would the rose joint last in mud etc. is this a factor with rose joints? Where can i get a good set of pistons and seals from? need to do the front brakes on me 200tdi 90.

I have a disco 2 v8 and have had the normal problems with the abs tc and hill decent lights coming on. I have pluged me mates snap on diagnostic computer in and this fault code that came up was this P1590, Land Rover, Rough road signal implausibleDrive cycle A:Signal implausible Has any one any idea what this means? even if its not anything to do with the abs i would still like to know what it is. I already am runing most of them things, I have bought the mx6 dampers from will and am looking into making somthing with big travel. I have Cranked arms, disc / relocating cones, of the d44 kind, ome springs and dampers. The design Will has shown me looks really good but its the a-frame thats limiting the setup so i need to get around this. will be using all the stuff above but will be replacing the dampers with the longer travel mx6. Thanks again for all your ideas.

Nige You say there is loads ov things you can do to the rear insted of the 4 link way. Can you shed some light on these as i am open 2 all ideas. Will Am trying to come up with different ideas for the setup you showed me just to solve the a-frame problem. Thanks again ppl

Tbh mate i havent done anything to the front as yet just doing the rear then moing on to do the fronts.
