  1. a freind of mine said it was very good he came 8th in the end some videos here lousa sounded like a good event watson
  2. i dont have any piccys but we had aload of laylandie to bring down and it was leaning over towards my mums office so i said to dad wait ill get the bobtail out so we put the ranger in the feild with about 50 ft of roap on the front then dad cut half way round the tree and floored it and it came flying of like a gooden landrover gardening is the best way B)

  7. yea i think td5 is probably the way to go for road im still not convinced for extreme offroad is it worth getting them chipped and does that effect your insurance allot watson
  8. hi im thinking about a 1999 defender td5 for a road/towing/mild offroading and i need opinions also what is the insurance like on them oh and tax and what sort of mpg are you getting from a 90 td5 station wagon watson
  9. have you tried protection and performance they will make anything but im not sure about cost watson
  10. so if i wanted to run 12 out and 24 in i would have two seperate circuits on seperate swithches, and i could run the power ou toff of the rear winch as it doesnt use alot of power paying out ?? watson
  11. the only thjing i was thinking was if you draine the batterys then the alternator will be under alot of load but we had realised weight was an issue specially as he is running three winches 3 yellow tops and two red tops at the moment watson

  15. hi i need some advice from those that have done it i would like to know some more about running 24 volts through 12 volts through xp motors on a gigglepinned 8274 does it work?? how long do the motors last?? is there anything else that needs to be different?? watson

  19. ok so we have had whos got the biggest dent in there chassis cross member competition so i thouhgt we should do a "whos got there truck the muddiest" and "whos got stuck the worst" so people can add ther photos for both copmpetitions then we need judges there will be no prizes apart from being known as the muddy landrover on the web any ideas how to improve this please say young bobtail rhys is our judge cheers rhys watson

  21. it will be a comp car the only reason i thought e.p.9 on the front is because you can buy to e.p.9 for the price of an 8274 my plan was to buyild up a fully gigglepinned 8274 as and when i have the money watson
