  1. Remove the carpet and soggy sponge and then dust the floor with talc (cue laughter) and wait!!
  2. Hi Phil

Are you thinking about selling the spacers?

    Regards

    Rob

  3. Can somebody tell me the width of a narrow track Sankey? Thanks in advance.
  4. I love that - it happens to me all the time. I'm sorry to hear about the aggro with the two doors. Hopefully, this won't cause me much grief as it's just the glass I'm looking to swap.
  5. Hi plasticbadger. Yes, my clumsy English was trying to describe the rear door. Thanks for the quick reply.
  6. I'm selling one and I've been asked if it will fit a TD5 D2. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...em=160328157967 Anybody know?
  7. I'm not an expert but I have read numerous threads about vibrations where the owners say they have checked the UJs which seem fine, only to report back a few weeks later saying it was the UJs. Never rule them out until they have been changed. HTH
  8. Ouch. IIRC, on a standard car, the original and the DC props should be the same. When I bought mine, I had to take lots of measurements so the correct length could be worked out.
  9. Mine's black on dark red. I wanted a subtle look as I recently fitted black alloys. I mocked one up on a D1 - couldn't find the right font though. I think far too many stickers are put on without any thought. If you want subtle - go for black. If you want garish - go for red, yellow, blue, etc. Your call!
  10. Hi Tony, I'd be careful puting a lattitude/longitude reference in your profile. Use Google Earth and it shows any lowlife exactly where your "pride and joy" is!!
  11. I need a new baby seat for the age range 9 months to 4 years (or better still 9 months to 11 years). It's needed for the rear seat of an (internally) standard 4 Door 95 300 series Disco. My wife and I have spent the weekend trawling baby seat suppliers to no avail. The position of the seatbelt mount on the wheel arch means that the seats all have lateral movement. I was told by one supplier to move the seat belt mount further back on the wheel arch or better still mount it onto the boot floor. Both of these positions will pull the seat back into the rear seat and will eliminate lateral moveme
  12. If you are a geek for knowing what a ERG is then what does it make me when I have no idea at all? Go on then...................
