Andrew Cleland
Just got a new clutch kit for the Td5 - clutch kit is a Valeo and came with a Valeo release bearing, the kind suppliers also put an NSK one in the box. Any thoughts on which is better - the NSK one looks like a traditional clutch release bearing, quite rounded; the Valeo is much more angular. I'm leaning towards Valeo bearing on a Valeo clutch. V8 Freak
Andrew, While it's out why not treat the truck to an early Christmas present and get a decent release bearing form Nige.... Xcess4x4.... (But he may have shut up shop for Christmas.....)
Snagger
Agreed - Nige's look great and could avoid trouble. The bearing is replaceable on the sleeve, too. Some magnetic drain plugs would be a good side-order!
