western
Has anyone fitted one of these Ford hazard switch into a 90/110. I've been on Google but can't find a decent Ford wiring diagram giving info on the wire colour codes & what they do & which pin they go to on the rear of the switch. I'm thinking of adding it to the top right of my Mudstuff console by extending the existing wiring from switch on lower right of steering column in my 110. Roverdrive
Not exactly what you were after but I found this link to a Durite push button hazard switch with a circuit diagram. Working on my phone so not very clear but I saw references to similar terminal numbers https://www.arc-components.com/0-484-50-12v-hazard-warning-light-switch-8148.html
western
Cheers for the link, it does look similar in the connections markings. I've added it to my bookmarks for later reading.
Snagger
Red must be a feed from the flasher unit, and black is almost certainly the earth for the internal bulb. That would leave the others feeding off to the individual indicator units. It should be simple to confirm that with a basic electrical tester. western
looking at the wire entry into the rubber socket. its not marked, only the rear pin end of the switch is marked, might have a fiddle with a test light & 12v power supply later.
