MOT, Class 4 or 7? Defender 110 td5

No (mines 2000kg unladen) but ibex are normally put through under N1 IVA which as far as I can tell gives you commercial tax and the speed restriction it also gives issues on lez. But because my engine is so old I'm on the old two tier tax even though I went through M1.

That's not the way I read it at the time (bare in mind N1 IVA is for commercial vehicles and M1 IVA is for plg). However I may have it wrong and I've got what I was after so it doesn't matter to me now. :pir7:
