Troll Hunter
The various VDO websites are in a mess! I had previously looked at VDO.com, VDO-gauges.com and VDO-instruments.com, and incomplete information appeared in all of them. I've had a back and forward email correspondence with their north American office, in Pennsylvania, and they acknowledge the mess. They are moving all information to this website: https://www.continental-aftermarket.com/us-en/ It appears that VDO is now owned by Continental. I assume that all the unit variations, psi, bar, Deg. F and C, etc, will be included on this new site, even if not all variations are stocked everywhere. However, from my short wanderings around this new site it appears to be no better than the previous multiple sites. Using the search facility it returned zero items after inputting valid Singleviu item numbers several times. These particular numbers were found on the VDO-instruments.com site! Perhaps this new site is still being populated, but if so, they should state it up front. I already have a couple of VDO Vision range gauges, and I would like to stay with that line, but I don't like the idea of a mechanical oil pressure gauge. The idea of a fractured capillary allowing hot engine oil into the cabin is not something I relish, and it appears that there is no electrical oil pressure gauge currently available in the Vision series. The closest appears to be the VDO Singleviu line, which has slightly italicised figures. https://www.vdo-instruments.com/instruments/by-series/singleviu/oil-pressure/singleviu-2-1-16in-52mm-80psi-oil-pressure-gauge.html So, the search goes on. western
this 1 has PSI & KPa scales https://www.vdo-instruments.com/instruments/by-type/oil-pressure/cockpit-international-150-psi-10-bar-oil-pressure-gauge-use-with-vdo-sender-12v-250-spade-connection.html I have this on 0 to 100psi, I would have to slave it into my dash to make sure it reads, I think it needs a Euro 10 -184 ohm sender to work.
