TD5toV8110
So...... I'm building a Defender 110, with a Disco V8/'box, and Series 2 truck cab body. (right hand drive) Space is tight to squeeze a radiator between the engine and lights/grille. If I ditch the Defender steering box and fit a P38 one to the outside of the chassis I gain heaps of Radiator room. Has it been done before? (on a Defender) What needs to be done with the linkages etc? Looks like the panhard mount might be in the way? Cheers Dave Edited November 15, 2021 by TD5toV8110

And a P38 box and lower colomn. Try and keep the pivot piont for the box the same as the swivel.
