tpk241
Hi All, As many others have probably had this problem please help !!! On doing a cambelt change I need to loosen the injector sprocket (3 10mm bolts) one of which is rounded ... Can anyone post a link or enlighten me to this technique ? Many thanks TPK
Les Henson
Use a 3/8" socket - this is slightly smaller than 10mm, so might make the difference. You will probably have to knock it on with a hammer, so be careful. Les
BogMonster
And use a six point socket not a conventional 12 pointer.
tpk241
Thanks all .. In the end i used an easy-out stud extractor .. which snapped !!! But it gave me some purchase to use screwdriver and hammer to tap it round .... six sided sockets only on the new bolt i feel !
