western
I used this one genuine LR AMR5724 as fitted to V8 50th & heritage Defenders connected thus ---------------- rev counter terminals marked 2 ---> 'W' terminal on 100amp Marelli alternator +ve ---> ignition controlled feed -ve ---> to earth/ground [any earth cable behind instrument pack] gauge lighting to existing gauges lighting = red/white tracer set 3 slide switches to make rev counter read 750/800rpm at idle & max revs at 4000. simonb
Europa specialist parts do a VDO one which fits and is set up the same way as the LR parts one, may be cheaper though.
