Lars L
Valve adjustment on a 2,25 can, according to label on cover, be made with engine hot or cold. But what's recommended on a 200Tdi? The workshop manuals I have mention nothing about this.
GBMUD
I believe that it should be done cold. Chris
gruntus
Hi Lars, There is a previous thread on this so do a search for it, I am sure the consensus was cold. From personal experience I have done both hot and cold on my Disco. Cold was best and a noticable diference was felt once I pulled them down after doing them hot the previous week. Hope this helps.
