Fuel Tank

Recommended Posts

There is a small, short, metal tube on the top right hand corner of my fuel tank (right next to the fill hose) that has been capped off. It appears to be leaking from its base. Should I just remove the tube or try to patch it? What is it for anyway? A spare fuel tank connection? Thanks

The photo is my 110's new tank prior to fitting, I've marked the connections with their respective duties :D the short small diamete pipe adajacent to the filler pipe is the normall vent it should be connected to the filler top section attached to the body panel by a rubber fuel resistant hose.
