russianfrog
I still think of buying a handwinch for my Def 110. I don't want to install the full electric system on the bumper as I might use it very rarely. But I want something to get out of the mud when it happens... Depending of what is available around here, it will be a T-Max or Tirfor. There exist many versions of various strength. I know the Def 110 is about 2000 Kg of weight. What do you think, I should get definitely something that pulls more than 2T or with a 1.5T that will do the job?
western
I have a Brano 1.6tonne hand winch it'll move my 110 easily, so go for a 1.6tonne as the minimum.
Disco-Ron
Just be aware that when stuck in gloopy mud, it's quite possible for the power needed to unstick the truck to be well over the actual weight of the vehicle.....i have a 3200kg pull one..... but it is quite heavy!!! AndyEvans
I would personally get only a tifor. For that type of winch and would get the tu32 but that is quite expensive but withstands a lot of abuse. It has a pull capacity of 5 ton and lift of 3.5 ton. if you want a cheaper less heavy duty version you should look at the tu532.
