Les Henson
Looks very good. How did you attach the two together? Is that an oil cooler down on the left corner? What vehicle did it come out of? Have you got an electric fan? Any heating problems with so much of the radiator behind things? Not sure what you mean by:- i've got a 90 front end on me motor i fitted it across the front of the series rad panel though. Do you have a series rad panel in a 90 front end? Any particular reason why you did that? Thanks. Les.

Looks like Tonks used the Series panel side plates to attach the intercoolers to also I've sen a pic in one of the LR mags which shows a intercooler in front of a 'lekki' fan, I'll pop over tomorrow with the mag so you can have a look

Tonk
Sorry Les, only just noticed this thread again. i joined 2 intercoolers together, i can weld ali dont u know the cooler down to the side is an oil cooler, i have now moved it to behind the intercooler. the intercooler is mounted infront of the standard series rad panel, series rad is still in place and i use a fixed fan. i have a 90 front grill which covers the whole lot up, hope this helps M
Les Henson
Ok thanks Tonk. One other thing - have you got a header tank, off what vehicle if you have, and where have you mounted it? Thanks. Les.
Tonk
no header tank, runs through a standard series rad set up, never overheats
