It runs!!!!!

Chris turned up after it was running. The feed wire from the flux capacitor had come loose and was earthing the oojamaflip. Once that was sorted it fired up straight away.

Whatever Chris says He came after it was started and drank all my tea and ate all the jaffa cakes :P:P:P .

I'll let Chris elaborate on his theory ;) . But it's all lies I tell you :P:P:P

In short, as well as finding TDC on the crank and aligning the cam shaft index mark with the arrow, you have to get the timing pin through the FIP wheel in the same place as the recess in the front of the FIP housing - rather than at 240degrees from it. :P

240 deg :o . You went the long way round then :P . Only a little way off.
