PITBULL
a friend has got some 10j rims and wants to fit double beadlocks to the rims but keep the width.i have heard that they add approx 1.5" to the rim so is it possible to cut 1.5" off the rim then fit the beadlock or do they have to weld on to the lip
roybatty666
seems a lot of effort if they are plain steelies. People want to move up from 8 to 10" (fnarr) so maybe post up bout a swap for someones 8"?
PITBULL
but the prob with that is he wants double beadlocks so would make it approx 11" wide with the wrong offset ??
roybatty666
find a set of 7"? Not sure if that would give you a decent offset though? Do they have to be bang on 10", what tyres is he running?
TomG
Double external beadlocks? will the inside ring clear the brake caliper? Rims too wide? fit fatter tyres!

carl hurst
we found them awsome, no comparison to pitbull's in mud and fine on side slopes, Carl.
