Badger90
hi chaps. is there any diffence in the 200Tdi and 300Tdi fuel pumps? i got told last night that if you shove a 300Tdi fuel pump on 200Tdi engine it bumps the power up abit more. but i thought the pumps where the same? cheers sam
western
if you mean the fuel lift pump Yes they are different. doubt changing a lift pump would give any power increase, but the injection pump might.

western
the 300 injection pump will fit but some have the EDC electrics in a box over the fuel shtoff solenoid, this edc stuff can be removed IIRC.

JimAttrill
ok. is there any differnce in how much fuel they shove into the injectors? As the quoted torque and power figures are the same, I rather doubt it. If you want more power from your 200, tweak the injector pump you have fitted. See post in the Tech Forum.
