stuck
Hi all, I'm a newbie to this excellent forum and have a question. I'm currently building my second bob tail RR but this time I want to fit a rear winch as well as the front one, is this possible on a RRC? I've searched this forum and google but can only find Defender items. If it matters the RR in question is an '88 Vogue SE V8. Thanks in advance, Mick. clbarclay
If your bobtailing then when you remake the rear of the chassis its not too difficult to make it into a winch mount, I know a couple of people that did this. The winch goes where the fuel tank used to be and sits just in front of the rear body cross member. I don't have any pictures of either though. bishbosh
Bish was it hard making that rear bumper?Jay. No, not particularly. It is just very time consuming, especially cutting off one face of the box section! Measure 10 times cut once!
