Packed snow may have dislodged the wire and now it is touching something, the snow could be packed around the sender connection causing a short, or the wire insulation could have chafed on somewhere causing the wire core to short on something metal. Cat_J
Mine does this. Its always fine up to half a tank and then after half a tank it will dance between empty and full. I always just assumed its the sender and didn't really care as I know when I'm down to half a tank.

western
I'd say the STC1139 unit for your 90, just by going on the chassis numbers quoted on the link page.

western
Thats what I was thinking too as mine is HA. Would a td5 gauge work? Should do, I'm using a Td5 fuel gauge with the pre-Td5 sender unit.
Cat_J
Thats good then, the 200tdi one is pretty ugly, but more importantly, is the td5 one better lit?
