Fatboy
Really! First thing this morning, popped out, dug out the Atkinson plough and frame and fitted it to the 90 (Took longer than I had hoped... ) Then it was off to plough the driveway, the main road and the neighbours drive. Great fun! Its really surprising how much the V8 can push without veering off... The Grabber AT2's were very good too, not even a hint of spin although thats to be expected with a 2ft high plough on the front. At the moment, it is still hooving it down with roads and schools closed, trains stuck etc etc.

MogLite
According to the BBC website, upto 8" was expected. Not using your "special" ruler are you ?
yellow
Not using your "special" ruler are you ? If so, you'd expect a higher number than 9, due to the immediate shinkage because of the cold...
minivin
If so, you'd expect a higher number than 9, due to the immediate shinkage because of the cold... Only "standard at 20 centigrade" sorry, engineering joke
Fatboy
This post deserves pictures.... The 90 with the plough on. This was a couple of hours after it had been parked up again so all of the drive it is sitting on had been cleared earlier.
Fatboy
For the depth, its a bit tricker as it is currently night time and a bit nippy out. However, this is where I am building a bit of a feature in the garden and the snow is sitting on railway sleepers.
landrover598
That looks so cool B) B) I wish I had enough snow around here to need a plough for the landy
