jcwcooper
Front springs on my 90 are starting to suffer with the added weight of a winch and Tubular bumper and im finding its bottoming out alot now, shocks have been replaced in november with some De-carbons. Im going to go for some OME springs just need to get an Idea of what sort of poundages i need to be looking at......The springs that are there at the moment I think are **itpart jobs and i cant see any pounages marked on them......Should there be? They are about 3 years old too. Its got a 200Tdi Disco lump TDS9.5-Synthetic rope Tubular winch bumper with a bar 2" lift (currently sitting a little lower at the front) Its used for offroading mainly but I dont want it to be too much of a boat like it is at the moment. Any help will be appritiated Dave.

western
http://members.shaw.ca/jbarge/springinfo.html#OEM should tell you all you need to know, covers LR/OME & other springs. for example the front OME 751 on my winch fitted [Husky + bumper] 110 are rated for a lad of 50 to 110kg & then upto gross vehicle weight. andyb
I've got OME 764s (240 lb/ft) on the front of my Discovery. 200Tdi with winch and also give a 2 inch lift. Been on there over 5 years, not sagging and no complaints.
