wheatfielder
Oil is leaking out of me rear nearside hub onto the rear of the tyre and onto the road,no oil at the front of the wheel, presumably there isnt a lot of oil to come out and it should stop dripping after a short while. Should i get this replaced very quickly? What can happen if its left for a while? Cheers all.
Retroanaconda
Could contaminate the brake shoes/drum if you have an older vehicle. Still something I would want to fix even if not, the new seal is RTC3511. I've just done mine, easy job...just a bit messy
Mike
Check the stub axle where the seal seals, that can get chewed up too.
TheHarv
... it can contaminate the disk/pad if you have a newer vehicle fwiw the leak on mine turned out to be at the gasket between the stub axle and axle
