Spring Fade

Testing our new trialer yesterday at Kirton in preparation for the Eurotrial in Germany, we gave the suspension a really good workout, but by the end the rear seemed to be sitting around 1-2" lower than when we started.

The front springs are new on Fox Coilovers but the rear are old RR classic ones chosen because we wanted soft and flexy.

Is it possible that over the course of a couple of hours the springs could have sagged by this much or should I be looking elsewhere?

Could just be paying the price for using cheep springs that were not correctly tempered when manufactured thus will sag very quickly once they have been compressed a few times

Or you are just compressing the springs to much as they are to soft with to much loading which has knackered them
