disco_al
Whilst crawling around under the Disco (seems to be a regular thing these days, lol) i noticed that the hoses from the PAS reservoir were rather oily looking, is this a case of loose hoses, or could it be a cracked reservoir? Is this a common thing amongst Disco's, and has anyone else had a similar problem? # CHeers all
ChrisM_110
Mine (300Tdi 110 retrofit) are filthy oily, as the PAS works I'm ignoring them until other jobs are done. If a grown-up posts with bad news I guess I'll have another job to do too
western
My PAS hoses were oily for ages, they work harden & get porous, a new set of hoses cured the leak, all nice & clean & dry now.
Les Henson
The factory crimps are pretty rubbish, and leaks from them is quite common. A normal 25mm jubilee clip usually cures the problem of leaks from the base of the reservoir. Les.
