R Bates
can anyone tell me what amperage relay i will need for two 10" cooling fans please?
western
a standard 30amp relay should be more than adequete.
LandyManLuke
I'd put them on seperate relays. Motors are inductive loads, the mondeo fan on the 90 will pop 40A fuses at start-up, but will happily run on a 20A fuse once it's spun up. Be kind to the relay contacts and use two seperate relays
R Bates
Thanks for the reply's. I'm going to run a relay and switch for each fan so i can have one or both running as needed.
