teslo
is it working when you disconnect linkage -> alignment? if still not, you will have to look inside.
rod baker
is it working when you disconnect linkage -> alignment? if still not, you will have to look inside. i am not sure of what you are asking i do not know what to try and align it with i have used a spanner on the lock linkage to push it a little futher to the extent of free play which is is only about 1mm but this made no difference . is it possible to do a partial dissasebly on transfer to see the mechanism or is it a complete removal thanks rod
teslo
try to disconnect linkage from transfer case. Then turn with mechanism in transfer case with spanner. Do you have indication that central lock is engaged?
bishbosh
I wouldn't rely on any lights to tell you if the centre diff has locked - check the output flanges.
Bowie69
Ditto, a recent broken wire was a nice find under my truck recently
