Right so i've finally found a low compression 3.5 lump to go into my wee orange trialler beastie, and i'm now faced with lots and lots of mind bending choices...

LT95 and diddy rear prop?

101 short bellhousing LT95?

Series box?

I'm swaying towards the series box as i have an adapter ring. Do i need to do something with the spigot bush, as it looks smaller than my input shaft. Can i just remove the bush? Or would that be a horrible thing to do?

Yours, with a headache

er. no. No point having a V8 if i can't blip the throttle!

i have an 88" with 4.2 auto, before you comment about rear prop length my engine is moved back about 6". wouldn't dream of going back to a manual.

just bear in mind your front axle will be on UJ's, although some people run them in permanent 4wd. or find yourself a stage one front axle which has cv's :)
