Troll Hunter
I had a leak from my pump recently, and although it is listed as a non-maintainable item, I took it off and removed the HP connection, which was where the fluid was leaking from, and found that an O-ring had perished. A quick visit to a local hydraulics factor for a ten cent O-ring, and I was back on the road. Lots cheaper than a new pump! The motto - even if it's a non-maintainable unit, open it up and give it a go. You've nothing to lose. Mike
dantd5
Hei Mike.. Thanks for the advice. I did open it up (an attempt to save some £££ and found out that the o-ring was in good order. However, the problem was with the seals under those 4 umbraco bolts. So I will definitley get hands on some seals (cut them up meself) and refurb it.
