ajh
I'm sure this has been asked and answered but I'd like to be sure what size the hose to replace the flex portions of the 200TDI spill-rail would be? I know the last I got worked but was also too small to fit reasonably.
Retroanaconda
I'm pretty sure I used 1/8" last time. 3.2mm in French. I used the braided stuff, melted the ends with a lighter to stop it fraying where I cut it to length.
ejparrott
I think I just replaced mine with 4mm - i've never bought 3mm bore hose so it must be
vulcan bomber
Last time I needed some, I went to my local motor factors and asked for some spill rail pipe, I got a meter of the braided stuff Retroanaconda speaks of.. cost a couple of quid I think. ajh
Thanks; that seems to have worked. Haven't seen the braided one here but 1/8 fuel line worked. The stock ones just fell apart when I removed them; amazing what people miss on a vehicle that has been 'inspected' by at least 2 different parties.
