Anderzander
I'm thinking of using a strip of plastic across the bottom of my doors to replace the rotted out metal one. Reasoning that it's easy to work with, won't rot, with no paint prep required etc. What should I use ? It should be 1mm think - obviously doesn't need to be load bearing - but I guess shatterproof. Anyone point me to the appropriate material please ?
Gazzar
Plastic 5 gallon drum? The plastic sort that you can get for £2 second hand.
simonr
Polycarbonate. Very tough & shatter-proof. Si
