mcc1979ian
Would anyone know where to get a downpipe to suit the Steve Parker bolt on kit. It's using a mount to utilise the standard 2.5na mounts and bolted to lt77 box but by looks o things the proper 300tdi downpipe will foul on the engine mount. bushwhacker
I used two 90 degree bends heavy gauge welded up for my downpipe.
Tim2809
I cut mine and made a flat section to clear the mount. Not caused an issue as it only went in about 5mm
foggy3061
I made up this section to avoid the 2.5d/2.5td/200tdi type engine mount on the 300tdi in mine: http://forums.lr4x4.com/index.php?showtopic=64756&p=800537
mcc1979ian
Thats some braw looking pipework foggy. Iv settled on the steve parker one for now as the motors just a runaround til i get my other finished then it will get a rebuild to but i aint overly impressed. Ill be honest, im not the best o welders but the term pigeon carp springs to mind and the finish is awful.

I would have thought a Steve Parker one would be good bit of kit but ive never had a look at one.
