A friend of mine's got 285 BFG KM2 muds on standerd boost alloys with no lift or wheel spacers on his TD5 90, looks good and not noticed it rubbing anywhere since we adjusted the steering stops.
Jon.
The transfer and gearbox are in the original position and the engine has gone forward, so it should be the same as the 50th/NAS spec auto 90s. We gave it some stick with the lt and nothing went bang, but not sure how long for. The clutch was knackerd after only a few events.

When we Swopped the 2.5 d for a V8 we used a conversion plate to mate it to the lt77 and had to trim the bulkhead to get the manifolds in, this gives you the engine back as far as it can go with the gearbox and tranybox in original position so no messing with props.
Jon
Matt my driver carn't do sunday so i'm going to drive and talked a mate into coming to run around for me Will have to give you my msa number at sign on, and uncle malcolm is bringing our helmets up with him.
See you all there Jon
We run a Range Rover lse box which I here is a bit stronger than a normal RRC/Disco 1 V8 box. The important bit is you've got to have a good oil cooler and keep it cool !
Jon
We've got Whitbread standard tube wings, they've had some stick and apart from a couple of rippled panels like Zardos say's are easy to straighten out. Plus i prefer the standard ish look.
Jon.
There not so shiney anymore but it's the best pic i can find.
Thanks to everyone who set out the punches, there were some really tricky sections shame there wasn't more there to take part.
We also snapped a rear rope and spent most of my time on my backside sliding down the banks which my driver found really funny !!!
Thanks again see you all next year, Jon.
He's not driven the truck since round 2 at Nant y frith, I've drove it at the last couple of events and had a mate bitch for me. I think he doesn't want to drive it cause i've auto'd it and he doesn't like them ! The trucks all loaded and ready to go just the long drive from Newport to Telford in the morning
See you all there, Jon
