  1. thanks made it out of 8mm steel it was the closest i could find laying about in the yard ,cut it out with disc cutter and welded it ! can't wait to get started bolting it in !!!
  2. i got a few better pics today but cant get it bolted in untill dad is finnished in the barn ! lol once again massive thanks to foggy for the design !!!!
  3. hi ive got a 86 110 and the steering was getting a little hard so i changed the bottom swivel bearings and run some emory paper over the top pins (just to shine them up) but now i need some shims and cant find anywhere that sells them :s anyone know where to get them ??????
  4. i done my best to make this mounter, looks good to me lol , but what do people do with lift pump on 300tdi conversions ? my engine dont have one but has a plate shaped like on on the block just above the injector pump ,can you bold one on under the plate ????
  5. hi the one i changed was in the actually drop arm i need to know the one on the link arm that goes from that to the axle ?
  6. hi ive got a 86' 110 and the ball joint on the drop arm has gone ive sorted that ,but what thread is on the ball joint on the other end of the rod ???

  8. im about to under go the same conversion i borght a cheep 300tdi the other day im very interested in the mouts that go around the oil filter is there any pictures of them ???

  12. hi people my 1986 110 has a problem ,it sounds like the wheel is a little loose but i took it off and tightened it again and its the same in a strait line its ok but when you steer it it does it and gets worse the sharper you steer :S any help would be great !!!!!

  14. hi my 19 j is getting very tired and im thinking of doing a swap ive found a cheep 300tdi im not too worryed about welding the engine mounter on ,but what is better 300 or 200 tdi ????
  15. hi people ive got a 19j 110 and the clutch master cylinder was leaking so i fitted a new one a few months later it was leaking again ,so i fitted another new one ,and now its leaking again !!surely they should last longer than a few months ???? anyone had same problem ? and any ideas how to fix it ???
  16. ok thanks people i put 2 of my spacers on today and there is about 2mm tread sticking out :s i think it would prob be ok ,i need one wheel spacer anyone know where to go ????
  17. thanks, one of my mates told me you were allowed 25mm sticking out but this is obvuasly bull s**t lol

  19. hi i was going to do the cam belt on my 19j 110 but my mate told me i need locking pins for fly wheel and injector pump ,just wondered were they go and if they are steped or jus a strait pin :S
  20. my mate has a 1986 12j 90 and reverse has gone and i just wondered if there is any way of putting a disco lt77 would fit ?????

  23. hi ive got a 1986 19j 110 and its got a problem with my starting ,it does'nt matter what the weather is like or how much you heat it or no it allways winds it over for about 25 30 seconds every time i start it even if ive had it running then turn it off and try to start it again it still takes about the same winding over before it starts :s any help would be great!
