    Manual gearboxes lose are around 15bhp. The ZF 4HP22 loses around 20bhp and the TorqueFlite 727 loses around 40bhp.

    OK, thanks for the quick replies. It looks like the LT230T will fit without to much hassel.

    Basically as the title. I've got a 3.9 with a ZF auto box. The borg warner transfer box has a hole in it. I have a good LT230T Transfer box. I think it can be fitted but what parts if any do I need to change?

    Well it not that, it went wrong again so I wired out the rely and it's still the same. I'm getting a bit pi55ed off with it now
