Just took the actuator off my 300tdi and the waste gate its self is seized solid
now I know this isnt the best thing in the world to run full boost all the time but is it safe to run for a period of time? (untill i can source another turbo)
Also are the 200/300 turbo's interchangeable?

ill try the earth on the gauge tomorrow,dont all the gauges use a common earth?? when you switch the ignition off the gauge goes all the way back down to where it should (below cold)
Im having a few issues with my temp gauge, when you turn the truck on the gauge always seems to read in the middle instantly then when it seems to be at norm it reads hot (just past the red). I've tried 2 new coolant temp sensors and this doesnt do anything to the problem.
Anyone had this type of problem before?

in what way with the turbo? is it just the same housing with a re worked compressor wheel?? I am a complete boob on the diesel tuning thing (only ever built NA monster engines lol)
After a bit of advice and/or knowledge on what rims an what offset to run....basicly im sick of my BFG muds (on disco steels) catching on my radius arms also same with my 33's on wellers catch with kuhmo ventura's on them catch like mad!
What wheels an offset's are best so they dont catch?

I suppose there is no effect of ram air whilst off roading, so no gain there then. I primarily wanted just a bit more umpphh on A roads on my way to work..so do I get a full size jobbie? On slight worry is covering the rad completely
Been having a look at these as I'd like a little more poke out of the old girl as I've been doing a bit of towing lately and could do with a bit more 'umphh' so to speak..
Now how many people have used the Alisport ones? and which have they used? (full width or std size) and did they feel any benifit?
Is it worth the wedge?? before I go and spend a fair chunk of money..

As the title really, I went out on Saturday laning and I ran out of travel on my shockers, now i never really need the clearance as I never go extreme places.
So my question is, what have others done?? Just fitted longer shocks, if I do this will i need dislocation cones? will everything else be ok with this if i do it this way??

Are these interchangeable between the TD/200/300 tdi's? as mine is useless on the new truck an there is td im sure i know of in a local scrappers an ill grab it tomorrow
