My 300tdi is having a bit of an issue with the temp gauge...when i start the truck the gauge goes to half way then as the engine heats up it goes up past the half way then above red and stays there. The engine doesn't get hot or overheat in any way. I fitted a new coolant temp sensor today (single wire one that goes on the 'stat housing) Has anyone had any issues like this before?? Or any idea what it could be?? as im a bit confused on this one Sammy

took my new truck out for a "road test" today to find out that the rear shocks were sprayed with diff juice's Gave the prop a little wiggle and it has a small amount of up down play in it...are these prone to going as I have a pay play day this weekend and could do without this problem Is this a nice easy pop out/in seal? sammy

Where would I get the rubber gearbox tunnel sound proofing thingy from for my 90? as mine is torn to shreads? ALso the rubber floor mats too?? sammy

try a 6 sided socket and a bigger hammer, I have had this a few times on landys/LDV's etc

hit a slightly smaller socket on to it, iirc its a 12 sided head/?

x3, clean axle breathers up, had same issue from the gearbox

i will be fiiting gauges ann various switches at some point (when funds allow) so the whole wiring part is pretty easy then??
