RodH
Having done my homework on several sites including youtube "howtos" I bought bearing 6203-2RS. Disco 1, 1997. New forum member. Got the bearing out: mine is 6004-2RS. The internal has a small spacer sleeve to get the diameter right for the bolt.. The outside diameter is greater than the 6203 so the bearing I bought is sloppy in the pulley wheel. I'd love to know how this came about (presumably previous owner/workshop)? Principally, are there different 300TDi's out there? Have I a "discovery" 300TDi fitted or another variant? It would be very helpful for ordering other bits to know as I'm going to need this information if this is the case. Any help appreciated. Sabre
Both my, and my son's, 300 TDi Discoveries take the normal 6203 bearings. It sounds like yours might have been modified for some reason
