Koeschi Posted February 9, 2022 Share Posted February 9, 2022 I have searched this forum alot reading through users changing the LT230 to part time 4wd and i would love to do the same thing to our sries LWB project. I wonder if anyone is still supplying the kit or if there is a build diary of a conversion that can be achieved without special parts as i have heard rumours some people do. FridgeFreezer Posted February 13, 2022 Share Posted February 13, 2022 If you are willing to go the non-reversible route you can achieve the same result by welding up the back half (weld the bevel gear into the housing), leaving the spider gears out and making a bushing or sourcing a bearing for the front shaft per the kit.
