Arjan
Replacing the "P-Gasget" between engineblock and the aluminium waterpump housing I found a broken stud : Not the central one that keeps the tensioner on : The one hidden behind this one that keeps the aluminum "frame" against the engine block. As you can see, it sheared off so need to replace it. Thank you.

Maverik
Its shown on this picture - not quite sure whats its for is it not part of the tensioner assembly...
Arjan
That is the correct stud - thank you. It keeps the waterpump housing flat against the engineblock. It seems it is "forgotten" in the partsbook......
Maverik
Could it be TE108061L - scrub that - I think thats the FIP mounting studs - how about TE110051L - looks a bit more like what you need?
Arjan
This is, if I see it correctly, the timing case. I'm looking for the waterpump housing stud. I really start to believe LR has forgotten about it in the parts book / on line thingies....
western
Could it be ERR4404 on the 300tdi water pump diagram, https://britcar.com/product.php/85132/0/stud_m8_x_52mm___water_pump___300tdi___defender___discovery_1___range_rover_classic
Arjan
Thanks Western. This is the one I took out. Part of it is missing and I guess originally it was about 70 mm long. Think I solve this by modifying an M8 bolt.
