Green200tdi
Hi all, so for some years now I’ve had the defender td5 electronic speedo in my 1986 110 worked a treat then I upgraded the loom to a td5 defender loom still working well, so in 2020 I put the vehicle in to storage as it failed the mot on rust, so last year I set about rebuilding it it’s come along well so far I done all the wiring including speedo but today had the car up in the air wheels turning no speedo sure I wired it up correctly any way of testing the system it’s got NO ecu can I put a live to the transducer plug for the signal see if it moved needle coukd be my transducer is knackard Edited June 23 by Green200tdi
western
Probably a dead transducer or the plug isn't fully connected, the should be 3 wires, Earth, Signal to Speedo, 12v feed

Sigi_H
Isn't the transducer in the LT230? That does not necessarily spin, when only 1 wheel is turned = no speedo
