Warthog
Well a few quid later, 4 x "Deep" 2 inch holes saws (Dewalt, Morse) All too short to cut through 2" Tube Purchased on tinternet, and jsut assumed a 2" deep holesaw would cut to the same depth as per Diameter?........I was wrong Max depth available on both are 1" 3/4" Has anyone got 2" hole saws that are capable of actually cutting to a depth of over 2"? Ironic that in the US they use 1" 3/4 CDS Tube for most cages and the hole saws only go to 1" 3/4 depth on deep Hole saws May have to modify an Endmill, to fit tube notcher (northern tools jobby)

sean f
If anyone is still looking for a Tube notcher JLindustrial.co.uk are selling them off with a discount. The ones they are selling are made by Chester UK and are £52.95 plus VAT. Enter product code AGHTO-00068D to get the discount other wise they are about £70 plus VAT. Haven't actually seen one yet but it looks good in the pictures, these people are also very good for other metal working bits and pieces, mostly industrial supply but happy to sell to individuals.
