Mark
Ok, I have to fit a new hose between the power steering pump and the steering box tonight. Do I need to bleed it once I have it all connected up? I presume I do, so can anyone give me some pointers? Ta Mark

stumpy2268
Mark, You can open the bleed nipple on the steering box if you wish - so it says in the manual. You will probably only get the odd bubble of air from the box, and succeed in dribbling fluid all over the place however. Lock to lock works for me too, having tried both methods. Adrian. I have also managed to get a few bubbles out of the nipple. Chris

FridgeFreezer
Yep, fill it up and cycle it a few times until the pump quietens down.
