Only thing I can see worth worying about is the later one uses "normal" injectors not nasty barbed ones. Surely you can just lob the twin flem chamber onto the 3.5 setup. Jag AFM will have the wrong fuel curve in it, yes it flows more air but if the mixture's cocked you could have other problems.
