Scotian
I always find, if in doubt, lump hammer and chissel will fix the problem You would be suprised what I've "fixed" with that meathod Sorry if that wasnt much help
Orange
I don't know how big the hole is, but a large socket, a hammer and a piece of wood (put over the socket so you aren't striking the socket with the hammer) usually drift that sort of thing out. Short of that, a brass drift and a hammer and some careful persuasion should do it. HTH Adrian

FridgeFreezer
Did mine yesterday, came out easy with a seal pulling tool: Which has proved to be £5 well spent. You do know it only comes out from the front, don't you?

Mo Murphy
Fridge, how are these used ? Do you just hook it inside the seal and use the housing around as a fulcrum to lever it out ? Mo

It depends on the situation but you can lever against the hosing, or if you're worried about damaging it, place something across the gap to lever against. I find it's much better at removing seals than prying with a screwdriver due to the shape of the end, it actually pulls it out.
