big ives Posted March 22, 2008 Share Posted March 22, 2008 hello today i have almost finished my 200tdi conversion on my 90 everything seems to be going well, engine out and 200tdi in, everything else is connected, fuel, pas, oil cooler pipes etc however i am now stuck on the best way to connect the air filter and intercooler hose/pipe work does any one have a pictures showing the air filter hose/pipe work and the intercooler pipe work, to give me an ideal how all this pipe work goes together as i would like to get this all completed in the morning.....................................many thanks ives Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

lrfarmer Posted March 23, 2008 Share Posted March 23, 2008 sorry there not very good at showing you but i can tell you the bottom turbo is the disco's cut and legthened i put a bend in the strait end and used the TD pipe to conect to the turbo. most of the other pipes are one's i had leying around the farm with steel pipe cut welded and bent to make it all fit Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
