LandyManLuke
Can you get galvanised tub cappings for a 90? Is the best/most viable method to cut some 109" cappings down? Has anyone got any other ideas?

LandyManLuke
Galvanised? Do you have a part number? Microcat doesn't over any details on galvanised or not. Has anyone got a brand new set galvanised? I'd imagine warping/bending issues?

LandyManLuke
Ok, thanks. Google isn't showing anything for that part number, so it looks like i'll have to ring a main stealer!
jcwcooper
just looked on my LR parts cd its showing them up as MWC4686 RH and MWC4687 LH but they had changed numbers when i went to the dealers
LandyManLuke
Is that just the side section then? Microcat has MXC5978 and MXC5979 as 'capping assembly' and shows a single piece including the short section on the rear. MWC4686 and MWC4687 are just listed as 'capping' No mention of either being galvanised, or an option for it either.
jcwcooper
When I bought mine I was told they were galv, I think local steeler is the best option mine are very helpful Dave.

muddy
got the rear tops and trapezium bits where the hinges go, so all else you would need is the bit for the rear lights if that helps. will.
