gsr341
what ''warn gear box'' are you wanting to fill with grease (guessing its a low line range model ?) as long as that ring has a decent rating on it should be fine
SteveG
I've been using one shot grease in EP9's for a couple of years now and it works well. You'll use about half a tube per service. Cheers Steve

honitonhobbit
One shot is okay, LM2 is cool but Red Line is best (and oh so expensive) Speak to Anton ay OEC about master rings - he sells the right sort at the right loading

draper40
Can I just use normal multi-purppose grease? Thanks Pete
draper40
I've decided redline looks to expensive and so I'm looking for LM2 grease. Is this Castrol LM Grease the same or is it something different. Can the above be used? Thanks pete
pugwash
LM grease is a high temperature stable grease often used in wheel bearings and such like it is different from Moly grease (which is afaik what one shot grease is) in that it doesn't liquify under pressure or temperature as Moly grease seems to. draper40
So LM is suitable for a winch gearbox?
