Phil
Sorry to be dim but; how do I remove the factory-fitted radio/cassette player from my '02 110? Thanks, Phil.

Phil
Many thanks for that. Is it necessary to buy the SMD 4091 for this, or is there a more common tool I can use? How does the locking/release mechanism work? Also, the radio in my car doesn't have two holes each side, only one....will the same principle apply? Appreciate any help. Phil. BogMonster
No - you need a 2.5mm allen key for the later VDO radios which is probably what yours is, stick it in each hole and unscrew about 20-30 turns then the radio just pulls out, completely different to older key type radios. rallycinq
The correct answer to the OP's post is:- Park it somewhere dark and the locals will remove it for you free of charge. Cheers SPD
