landrover598
Any ideas on what would cause a 200 to sudenly start to misfire at idle and lower revs ? So far i've only checked the injector pipes and returns as i thought they may have worked loose since fitting new injectors a few weeks ago. landrover598
Hhmmm, i'd hope they would have lasted more than 3000 miles I guess i could get them checked by the people who referbed them.
western
could be one of the 2 stages of injection is playing up or the nozzle holes are a bit clogged with carbon, might be worth cleaning the ends & trying them again.

If they have only been on for 3000miles then there's a fair chance that thats it. Before replacing then you could try some redex but realistically you probably got a tiny bit of carp in the pipe when you last changed em. rusty_wingnut
a good check is to have the enigne running and place a long screwdriver on the pipes and lsiten to the thud noise, you can soon detemrine which injector is faulty, but make sure you use the same position on each pipe. (i go for the bend at the top)
